Drone policy
Proximity. As per regulations, we are prohibited from flying within 50m of any buildings or people, and the drone may never leave our line of sight.
No-fly zones. We cannot fly within a 15km radius of any airport or no-fly zone. Local weather conditions may also prevent us from taking footage.
Our commitment. We will always do our best to capture the footage needed. If conditions prevent flying on the day, we'll return under more favourable conditions.
Travel and destination
Travel fee. R8.50 per km from our offices to your venue and back, calculated in the checkout.
Accommodation. Required for venues further than 150km, and two nights for 200km+. You arrange it for our crew at or near the venue, or we book it and bill you at cost.
Destination. Getting married outside South Africa? Contact us for a custom quote.
Payment terms
Deposit. 30% of total cost.
Second payment. A further 50% is due one month before your wedding.
Final balance. The last 20% is due before delivery.
Bookings are secured on a first-pay, first-served basis.
